Refund & Return Policy

 

1. Third-Party Supplier Policy Applies

MezoraGlow works with independent suppliers, dropshipping partners, and wholesalers.

Therefore, all refund and return decisions are fully controlled by the supplier, not by MezoraGlow.

We do not control:

Return approval or rejection

Refund approval timelines

Pickup or logistics

Packaging requirements

Warranty or replacement decisions

MezoraGlow acts only as a coordinator and cannot guarantee outcomes.

2. Return Eligibility (Supplier Rules)

Your request will be forwarded to the supplier if:

Wrong product received

Damaged product received

Defective item received

Product not delivered within 30 days


⚠️ Final decision is 100% supplier-dependent.

MezoraGlow cannot override or influence supplier decisions.

3. Mandatory Proof Required

To raise a claim, the customer must submit:

A clear unboxing video

Photos of the issue

Order number and order date

Without proper proof, suppliers do not accept claims, and MezoraGlow cannot process them.

4. Refund Method

 

A refund is issued only after:

Supplier/partner verifies the issue

Supplier confirms approval


Refunds are credited to the original payment method only.

Timeline depends on the respective supplier/payment provider.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Suppliers generally do not accept returns for:

Beauty & cosmetic products

Earrings or personal-wear accessories

Hygiene-sensitive products

Used or tampered items

Claims without proper proof

Buyer’s remorse (change of mind)

Minor color/size variations

Variations occur due to supplier updates and lighting/photography differences.

6. Affiliate Products (Amazon, Flipkart, etc.)

If a product is purchased through an external/affiliate link:

Their Return & Refund Policies apply

Their customer support handles the case

MezoraGlow cannot process or interfere in external orders

MezoraGlow is not responsible for decisions, delays, or refunds made by Amazon, Flipkart, Meesho, AliExpress, or any external seller.

7. Limitation of Liability

MezoraGlow is not liable for:

Courier delays

Lost/stolen packages

Packaging issues

Customs charges

Supplier refusal of returns

Supplier denial due to missing proof

MezoraGlow’s role is limited to communication support only.
