MezoraGlow does not operate any warehouse, inventory, or delivery service.

Shipping timelines, packaging, and handling are fully controlled by the supplier.

 

 

 

2. Delivery Time

 

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • India: 6–15 working days
  • International: 10–25 working days

Delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Supplier location or stock changes
  • Courier workload
  • Festival or holiday rush
  • Weather issues
  • Customs inspections or clearance delays

⚠️ These timelines are estimates provided by the supplier and may vary.

3. Tracking Details

Tracking information is provided by the supplier.

Some suppliers use basic or limited tracking, depending on shipping availability in their region.

MezoraGlow does not control the tracking system used by suppliers.

4. Incorrect Address Policy

If the customer provides:

  • Wrong address
  • Incomplete address
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Refuses the package

Then re-delivery, return charges, or loss of package will be the customer’s responsibility.

5. Lost / Delayed / Failed Deliveries

MezoraGlow is not responsible for:

  • Courier delays
  • Lost or misplaced parcels
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Packages returned due to customer unavailability
  • Customs-based delays

We will assist by coordinating with the supplier, but the final action/decision depends on the supplier and courier company.

6. External Platform Orders

If the product is purchased through:


  • Amazon
  • Flipkart
  • Meesho
  • AliExpress, cjdropshipping etc.
  • Any other external/affiliate website

Then their shipping policy applies, and shipping-related support will be handled exclusively by that external platform.

MezoraGlow cannot track, modify, or intervene in external orders.
